Roles & Responsibilities:
Minm 3+ Years Experiance into IT Recruitment
Strong Knowledge to fill IT Requierments
Filling positions within an organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
Drafting and posting job descriptions in Different Job Portals.
Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different Technologies and key responsibility areas.
Schedule in-person / telephonic / Video conferencing rounds of interviews and coordinate for technical tests.
Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should contain a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Should have a strong experience or strong interest in recruitment,
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
A minimum of 3 + years’ experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
Location: Gachibowli, HYD
Work Timings: .11 AM – 8 PM IST
Experience: 3 to 5 years
