As we have already mentioned, Pronix at times uses contracted services under an NDA for purposes such as marketing, market evaluation, and consulting. Those reputable companies with whom we partner to bring better service and products to our clients may be required, as a part of the project they have been contracted to conduct, to access the PII submitted by our website users.

In each case, the contractor is expected to meet or exceed privacy protections outlined in the Safe Harbor Principles.
