Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical project management, including client engagement and service delivery with Scrum Master expertise.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Preference for CSM or PSM certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Facilitate communication with US clients and coordinate activities.
  • Gather and document business requirements, create user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, and coordinate team efforts.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and assessments.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
